This is the best pizza we've had. It will be hard not to eat the whole pizza as we never have left overs. They have great service as it is always ready for pick up when they say it will be

Prior to The Wizard of Za having a brick and mortar location the owner had a secret society, cult like following with a waitlist that would take months for your opportunity to obtain your very own pie. Fast forward to now, you can order your pie and eat it too all in the same day. The crust is pillowy, sauce zesty, toppings fresh and each pie comes with a box of Lemonhead candy.

It's no secret Columbus has some great pizza places. I'm on a quest to try as many as I can, so tonight I decided to try a new one. I got mine through Uber Eats but given great word of mouth I've seen online I knew I was in for something good. When I try a new place I try a regular cheese to see how they do the basics and with how awesome this was I plan on trying out the specialties for sure next time. The cinnamon knots were good but a bit dry. I wish they had more cinnamon on them but otherwise I enjoyed them. My only issue is the pie had some places it wasn't decked right and half a slice would have a huge bubble. I wish the price weren't so steep either but it's for sure going on a regular rotation!

Tried their pizza on National Pizza day where they were handing out free slices and what a fabulous decision. I tried the cheese which had little sauce but big flavor. Detroit style pizza with crust like a crusty French bread - incredible for your tastebuds but RIP the roof of your mouth. Totally worth it! I had considered ordering from them before but hadn't ever tried it and didn't want to risk it but trust me, it's good stuff and you won't be disappointed. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. You gotta try it out if you're looking for something new!

I went to The Wizard of Za for the first time for National Pizza Day to get a FREE slice of pizza with a choice of Cheese or Pepperoni. I was very happy with the Pepperoni. I went the second time with a friend where each of us had the Square pizza. I chose Pepperoni and Sausage and she chose Mushroom by sharing Garlic Knots. The Wizard of Za shares space with Fusion Sushi place and the staff of both stores are great with excellent service. I did buy a Diet Coke from Fusion and my friend got my drink the second time I came back. I will be going to The Wizard of Za Pizza soon and try Fusion Sushi place too.

I tried ordering over the phone because i had a few questions, but nobody answered. So i just drove over. It's near cook rd. And high st. Attached to Fusion fast casual. The entrance is clearly marked. But if you walk into Fusion by mistake, just continue through to ZA. The kitchen is very open. Several employees were working taking & making orders, assisting with carryout & deliveries. No tables, few counter seatings. Rectangle (large) and square (personal) size pizza. Unique topping combinations.The thick & crusty dough & flavorful sauce is what makes it stand out. The corners are worth fighting over. We had the Hawaiian. Spicy!! Good. Great choice for carryout pizza.

Get in loser, we are going to see the wizard! Dare I say this is the best pizza in Columbus? I know that may be a lofty statement but their rainbow pie deserves that claim. We also ordered their vodka sauce pie with pepperoni, which is another favorite. A new item we tried this time was the cinnamon knots, perfectly sweet and such a delight!! Since the last time I was in, they added some new signage to the outside of the building to make it much easier to find. Our pizza was done right on time and the employees were super kind.

FINALLY tried Wizard of Za. #1. I had to sell my son on this. His favorite is Papa John's, so we aren't going to have any of his words on this, because IMO, Papa John's is meh. #2. Online, I've read multiple people saying "go vodka, go honey, don't do basic." Well, part of selling my son on this was basic pepperoni. I am only one person, so I had no desire to have a single pizza for four days (I have limits). He did like it, but it didn't live up to his "high expectations of his favorite pizza." It's good! It's different than elsewhere. Thick, yet light, kind of chewy crust. I liked the sauce - not too spicy. Not overdone. Not thin. And the pepperoni - was crispy. I wish more would've been at that crispy/crunchy level, alas it was not to be. For the price, it is like two to three meals worth (three in this household) so that's not bad. And it's definitely something a little different.

This is not your ordinary pizza shop. It's not your ordinary pizza. I would call it wizard of za style. The crust is thick yet super light . I love this style of pizza. Toppings are fresh , sauce is Awsome . It's just a really , really good pizza . Would def recommend and will def get again
